At DF Gibson, we embrace a collaborative leadership style. Each individual brings a wealth of experience in many project types - including master planning, historic preservation, K-12 and higher education, museums and cultural facilities, residential and healthcare facilities, and emerging energy systems (photovoltaics, cogeneration, etc.)

Together, they direct and integrate our practice. offices, and design and delivery teams to serve our clients effectively on a 24/7 basis. Behind each client is a network of architects, designers, planners and consultants, a firm with a reputation for innovative design, super delivery, and efficient management of its teams and projects.

Peter Pivko, AIA

Mr. Pivko brings over twenty-five years experience in architecture, project management, real estate development, construction and the solar industry in both the United States and Canada. He has overseen projects in excess of $200 million and has managed projects locally and internationally. Prior to joining DF Gibson Architects, he worked for SOSH Architects and SunEdison and had his own design firm in Ottawa, Ontario. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carleton University. At DF Gibson, he will be responsible for operational management of the firm’s studios.
